Backup O'Clock feature

Understand what file backup protects.

Backup O'Clock focuses on selected files and folders. Disk cloning and bare-metal recovery solve a different problem: rebuilding an entire system drive and operating environment.

File-and-folder backup

Protects chosen documents, photos, projects, and other content. It is useful when you want focused copies and straightforward file restoration.

Disk cloning or imaging

Captures the broader system needed to recreate a drive or computer, including Windows, applications, settings, and partitions when supported by that product.

Use layered protection

Many users need both: tested file backups for everyday recovery and a separate system-image or cloning plan for full-computer failure.

Clear boundary

What this feature does not promise

Backup O'Clock is not currently a complete disk-cloning, system-imaging, or bare-metal recovery product. It does not create a bootable replacement for Windows.

Review supported destinations, system requirements, verification, recovery checks, and the limits of file-and-folder backup before deciding whether it fits your needs.
