Status, logs, and support

Understand Status & Logs.

The latest record separates the forecast from the work that actually happened and tells you what to do next.

1

Open Status & Logs

Select the routine first, then choose Status & Logs in the left navigation.

2

Read Run details

Confirm whether the run was manual or scheduled and compare the start, completion, total time, and latest verified-backup times.

3

Compare the file counts

Files scanned is the full protected set. New files copied and changed files replaced are the files written. Unchanged files skipped were already current.

4

Read Recorded checks

A successful complete-file check, Recovery Checkup, and Backup Passport update provide separate evidence about the run.

5

Follow Drive and next step

The final section reports current drive readiness and gives the next recommended action.
