Use Settings and maintenance tools.

Maintenance commands check the installation and collect useful information without silently sending your data.

Open Settings

Choose Settings at the top right of the main window.

Check this computer

Run the compatibility checks after a major Windows change or when support asks for them.

Check or repair schedules

Compare saved schedules with Windows Task Scheduler and repair approved tasks when needed.

Manage logs

Preview log cleanup before deleting old technical records under the configured retention rules.

Create a support report

Create the report, review it, and attach it to the support form when requested. It is not sent automatically.
