Manage storage and retained versions.

Storage shows what the selected routine uses and keeps retention review separate from permanent snapshot deletion.

Open Storage and choose a routine

Wait for the registered drive check and storage scan to finish.

Review the details

Read current protected-data use and the Time Vault snapshot list, dates, sizes, and folders.

Set retention rules

Choose Keep for and Keep newest, then Save retention rules. Rules identify candidates but do not delete them automatically.

Preview retention cleanup

Review which snapshots qualify before selecting anything for permanent removal.

Delete only selected snapshots

Select the exact Time Vault entries, choose Delete selected snapshots, and confirm. Current backup files and originals are not deleted.
